Each of us can become a life changed by Christ. Start experiencing new life today by trusting Jesus as the Forgiver of your sin and the Leader of your life.

Admit that I have sinned.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

Believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins.
But God demonstrated His own love for us in this:
While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

Choose the gift of forgiveness and new life.
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

We love celebrating lives being changed by Christ.
Baptism is one way we are able to hear life change stories from within our church and celebrate what God is doing.

This outward expression of an inward decision to put your faith in Christ is a way to show people, in both the church and the community, that you are "all in" as a follower (Disciple) of Jesus Christ. If you have put your faith in Jesus, and have not been baptized then baptism is your next step.

Immediately following the morning service, we will discuss our Statement of Faith, Purpose, and Core Values.  This luncheon is required for all who wish to become a member at Obi Community Church.  We will be eating a delicious meal together, followed by an informal discussion with the Senior Pastor and elders.  If you are interested in attending, please register for the class so we can plan accordingly for food and seating.

As God changes our lives, we have an opportunity to respond to him by practicing generosity. We believe it is important to trust God with every area of our life, including our finances. Through giving, we not only show our love for God, but get to be a part of caring for others.

We give through our time, talent and treasures. Giving is primarily for our members and regular attenders. If you are coming as our guest or just checking us out then please do not feel pressured to give.
