Join us as we approach a new chapter in the life of Hill Country Bible Church. For several years a team has been searching and planning for our next location. We currently rent in a shopping center and this lease is about to expire. This facility has been great for the last 8 years but we now find ourselves limited by location, layout and size. We have now found our new home. It is located at 31330 Ranch Rd 12 on ~6.7 acres with current facilities.
This property and building was gifted to us by Austin Ridge Bible Church (they currently use it for offices and events). They are planning to be in their new location by Easter of 2027. With this generous gift we can budget to renovate and add on to the current structures to best facilitate our needs and ministries. This property is valued at over $2M and we are asking our members to match the generosity of Austin Ridge.

- $1.8M capital campaign (36 months)
- $200K available in unrestricted funds
- Up to a $2.1M loan (this keeps our monthly spend on facilities equal to our current budget)

- The elders of Hill Country and a handful of financial leaders have already committed prior to asking the general congregation to give
- $644,000 has been pledged to start the campaign and $180,000 has already been collected
- Pledges (online or by pledge card) are due April 19th
- Contributions begin May
